Criminal complaint against Usain Bolt Srinivasa Gowda of Kambala

A criminal complaint has been registered against Srinivasa Gowda, who is known as the Usain Bolt of Kambala.

Lokesh Shetty Muchur, the owner of Kambala Konas, has filed a complaint.

In the name of Usain Bolt breaking the record, he has been accused of cheating the government money and the public by creating a fake document.
